Draft Equipment

How to Learn the Most Valuable Lesson in Home Beer Making Ever

I have been brewing beers for about 22 years all in. When I first started out, I was making the unholiest muck that has ever passed a pair of lips. It was really hellish. As a matter of fact, the first batch of beer that I brewed, I was afraid to even throw it down the toilet. I was sure it would poison my whole neighbourhood and I would be hounded out of my home.

Those first beers were never offered to anyone, friend or enemy. The second brew was drinkable…just That was because I had learned the most valuable lesson ever in home beer making…make sure everything is clean. Now I am not talking about running your equipment under the tap and scraping at the brown stain on the bottom of your fermenter with your fingernail. I mean cleanliness you would only find in the best hospitals…do I hear a few murmurs of dissent.

Yes, you have to act like a surgeon and scrub up. Find something that will kill any little sucker who threatens to spoil your beer…cause that’s what they are doing, spitting toxic vileness into your cold brew. Murder has happened for less.

Buy yourself some decent killer sterilizing concoction, let it work its magic on all of your equipment and tools, and get to with the brewing.

There are many ways of sterilizing, but most of them are too complicated or involve too much hard work…Killer Sterilising Concoction is your only man to make sure of a sure fire toxic beer spoiler kill.

Oh and you might wanna wash your hands while you are at it.
